Confirmation email

Track your UAE order using the link in your order confirmation email. That email is also your receipt (order number, items, and total paid). White-glove delivery is within the United Arab Emirates, typically 3 to 7 working days after confirmation.

Order number

Order numbers start at #1001 and increase with each order. Include the full number, including the #, when you contact us.

Status page

Enter your order number and email on the status page linked from the email, or contact us with those details.
